Node_signature_matrix_training_datasets

<p dir="ltr">Contains the cost matrix training datasets. Note that "standardized" refers to data that has been standardized , while "normalized" refers to data that has been normalized. If the filename contains "noc" then the data was either normalized or standardized using only the normal operating data samples as reference, while "all" means that the data was normalized or standardized using the entire dataset as reference.</p>
